PET ODOR TREATMENT

Water Out is IICRC certified Firm uses the latest in science and technology for strong odors. The products we use are professional commercial grade deodorizers and high breed enzymes not available in stores. Water Out has an 11-Step process:

  1. Pre-inspection
  2. High breed enzyme the top of the carpet and back
  3. Replace the pad
  4. Seal the floor
  5. Hot water extracts the back of the carpet
  6. High breed enzyme back of carpet
  7. Re-install carpet according to CRI section 104 & 105
  8. Hot water extract the top of the carpet at 230 degrees
  9. High breed enzyme top of carpet and commercial grade deodorizer
  10. Urine stain remover
  11. Final groom and walk through

FLOOD SERVICE

Water Out is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying.

Our 15 step process:

  1. Pre-Inspection
  2. Verify utilities are disconnected
  3. Determine the water damage perimeter with sophisticated moisture readers
  4. Extract water with high-tech equipment
  5. Pull back the carpet
  6. Replace pad if necessary
  7. Determine if the water is clear, gray or black
  8. If clear or gray we can usually save carpet. If flood damage is black water suggest carpet replacement
  9. Spray deodorizer for mold
  10. Check in crawl space for large amounts of water or mold
  11. Bring in commercial flood blowers and dehumidifiers
  12. Create a balanced drying system
  13. Re-install carpet
  14. Clean carpet to remove any water stains
  15. Final Inspection
